Mirrors looked good and arrived in good condition after shipping. It was hard to get in touch with the owner to obtain the tracking information - never received the tracking info/ETAs.

Came packed really well. Finally had it hung today and it's the perfect fit for our bedroom wall. Heavy and great quality.
I am so pleased to finally be able to leave this review, this was long process - my bath remodel- I wanted to include a complete photo & review.
I ordered 3 custom sized mirrors, 2 arrived in perfect condition third was broke in transit. ModelLineDesign instantly sent a replacement mirror, Unfortunately, that mirror also broke in transit.
I don't want this to deter anyone for buying this piece, the mirrors were all packed and labeled really really well, its just rough handling by the shipper, UPS etc..
ModelLine was again ready & offered to send another replacement but I chose to have the glass replaced in a local shop on my end, I felt bad and didn't want him to have to send a fifth mirror.
I am so so happy with my purchase, the mirrors are high quality, very well made and packed, the design is unique, one of a kind. LOVE!

This is so much more beautiful even than the photos suggest. The sharp, clear mirror is inset in the striking and strong metal frame, which it sets it off distinctively. I went with the raw steel—which is perfect for a modern/neo-industrial location. The maker/seller was incredibly accommodating on custom size; shipping was remarkably fast.

Very happy with the mirror, mounting hardware and overall quality. The only very minor comment is that the mirrored glass edge is a cut finish, not a polished edge and is visible since the metal frame does not overlay the mirror.

I loved this mirror so much that i purchased 3 of them. They are perfect!! It is a Beautiful piece. Very heavy. We are remodeling two bathrooms, so when we are done i will post pictures.
